After the 'Oh no I don't wanna go!!!' the swimming was fine. I managed 10 lengths (with a little rest after each one as I am not a very strong swimmer!) with some on my back, which I find much easier but harder to navigate! Carl was determined to do 2 more lengths than last time and did 16 (well done honey!), Mum did 12 and Dad did 8 and then his hamstring hurt so he called it a day, but he was doing much better than me up until that point! Fortunately it wasn't as cold outside as I first thought :o)
